Navigating Special Education with Confidence
Our goal is simple: to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence you need to ensure your child receives the high-quality education and support they deserve.
Parent Advocacy Support is offered on a sliding fee scale basis with a minimum of $10 an hour up to a maximum of $60 per hour to begin the journey of empowerment. Sliding fee is determined once application is submitted after initial consultation. You can meet with us virtually from the comfort of your home.
You are not alone, and you do not have to navigate it without support.
At One Spark Educational Solutions, we believe that informed, empowered parents are a child’s strongest advocates. We are here to walk alongside you through every step of the journey.

An Individualized Education Program (IEP) is a legal document that outlines the extra support and services your child will get at school in special education.
An IEP outlines:
- Your child’s strengths and areas where they need more support
- Goals the school team will work on with your child
- Special services, like speech therapy, counseling, or extra academic help
- How the school will keep you updated on your child’s progress
IEPs are powerful tools, but they can be filled with technical language, legal jargon, and unfamiliar procedures. It’s easy to feel unsure about whether your child’s plan truly reflects their needs — and whether the supports are being properly implemented.
That’s where we come in!
